What is the definitive guide to Kegels?

Many swear by it - others have tried it and have found it to be detrimental and actually gave them PE or worsened their PE.
Even amongst those who swear by it there is no agreement on how often you should them, how you should do them etc

Im hoping someone on here has a better idea on this than me - thanks!

Something else Ive just thought of..

Ive been meditating for a while now - has had many benefits especially in the area of sex
I think this is because this kegel muscle is now relaxed during sex - If thats the case then is kegel training the exact opposite of what ive been training myself to do? And is that then a good thing?

There are tons of different guides to Kegels. It's a muscle and just like lifting there many ways to do it "correctly". I spent some time doing them and didn't really notice a difference. My most notable changes have come since I stopped doing porn and stopped trying to "perform well". Just being in the moment and not thinking about my dick.

Not sure, but there are reverse kegels or pelvic floor drops which release the muscle. I think it works the same as stretching after a workout, so if you have been doing a bunch of kegels, doing some reverse ones would probably be beneficial.

hope this helps
