Work romance is risky. Play it well and you basically got yourself a girlfriend/wife in the making, but play it bad and it can from 100 to 0 REAL QUICK. Also, being that she's so closely entwined in one of your most important social circles, you'll see some behavior from her that on the surface seems nice, but it's mostly politeness for the sake of saving political face. Not the best place for honest man to woman interactions.
