I met a girl on Sunday at my apartment complex. After about five minutes of talking she invited me in to her place to watch Walking Dead. Before the show, we went and bought 2 six packs of beer--she even paid although I offered to pay for half. We watched the show then talked for about two hours before she said she was tired and needed to go to bed. She gave me a hug on the way out.
I found this site the next day and followed the texting advice and set up a date for tomorrow. It's going to be at my place. I am going to pick up pizza and we are going to watch the movie Casino, which is 3 hours long. I was texting her today to find out what she likes on pizza, etc and she said she would have to leave after about an hour of Casino because she has to be up early for an appointment. She also asked if my daughter is going to be with me tomorrow (my daughter spends every other weekend with me). I read an article here that said if a girl asks if people will be at your place, they are ready.
Like I said before, I found this site the day after my time in her apartment. Reading some of these articles (which are fantastic!) I realize how many signs I've missed. She has even invested a lot by offering to walk my dog for me while I was at work. It almost feels like she's playing the role of the typical "nice guy" chasing the girl, with me as the target. The only sign I'm confused about is when she said she had to leave early. Is she just giving me mixed signals? I told her we could go to a bar just around the corner instead of watching the movie and she said "I'm game for just watching a movie if that's okay with you? We will do the bar maybe next week."
I plan on escalating tomorrow, I'm just wondering about her mixed signal.
