When guys keep looking at me because i am too "Cool"

I have actually develop a relax, laid back, cool demeanor that guys find me intimidating, some staring at me, want me to say something, Some are just totally put off by it. They like wondering "Who's this guy?", Girls be like flirting out of the blue when i first meet them. Some just auto rejects, at times for some reason.

I want to say, that i don't feel the need to say things very much. I'm like projecting an aura that's too strong maybe.

I need something where i can just, "Hey, How you doing?" "I hope your day is good."

Something polite, Anything handy? THanks guys, i have too many guys looking at me.
