When she cancels twice?

Hey there,

About three weeks ago, I had a date with a gal scheduled. She cancelled last minute. I texted her again this week, seeing if she still was interested. She affirmed that she was excited and still wanted to go out for drinks, but today, three hours before the date, she cancelled again. She asked if we could reschedule for this week sometime.

Cancelling once doesn't bother me so much, but when she cancels twice...one part of me wants to say that she had her chance, just don't bother to text back. The other side of me wants to act like it's not a big deal again, and reassure her. Your thoughts?

I know this sucks, but we've all had it happen at one point or another. Try and let your short-term frustration go and think about what you stand to gain long-term from a possible meet up with this girl.

She asked if we could reschedule for this week sometime.

Did she provide a specific date as to when she wanted to reschedule? That's a really good sign that she definitely wants to meet and won't flake. You could even play it off cool, and say something like "three strikes and you're out. better come through this time "

So long as she's making the effort to reschedule then you just play it cool which you should do, regardless, because a girl flaking shouldn't bother you all that much anyway. Remember, she's throwing away an opportunity WITH YOU and not the other way around

In my experience when a girl cancels twice in this manner it means that she does not value the guy high or has a low interest. Even if she gives a different date to meet she would probably cancel or would probably friend zoned even if she comes. It has been more effective for me when I have told girls that this is a not a quality acceptable to me so there is no point to meet further . I just wish them good luck. It has helped regain interest/value with a girl in cases like these when they know that I am not going to be pursuing them further.
