Hi All,
I recently ran into a girl I was seeing regularly earlier this year. We used to hang out very regularly and have great sex, but it got to the point where I was after something more serious and she wasn't able to commit at the time. So I decided to lay low for a few weeks and the other night when I saw her again it was just like old times, we were making good sexual conversation and things were going quite well, except I didn't go home with her that night. I saw her again two nights later, same story, excellent sexual conversation but again she made an excuse at the end of the night not to come home with me. The second time around, I decided to play it cool and push things too much, and just be warm and relaxed about the whole thing.
Now one thing to note about this girl, she loves attention from guys, and she knows how to get it as well. She has virtually no female friends, all sexually frustrated male friends who love making moves (terrible I might add) and she laps up all the attention. Before I started seeing her, I once saw her hold hands with a guy in a bar for 3 hours, just sitting there awkwardly because he's game was too shit to get her home and she couldn't tell him she wasn't interested. Turns out he was a friend, and she didn't want to upset him.
So now I'm at a cross roads. Since I've last seen her, I've actively tried to work on my neediness by being less attached to the outcome and just enjoying the moment. So needless to say I was just playing it cool and she wants to see me again this Saturday, we are going hiking together. But I have a feeling that the same thing is going to happen, in other words I feel like I'm at the point of being friendzoned.
So what are my options here:
Do I cut my losses and move on to another girl? Do I keep reminding her of the good sex we used to have?
Or do I keep dragging this out, and bashing my head against the wall. Thoughts?
