When should you be raising your eyebrows?

I usually always have this edgy and very sexy facial expression(eyebrows down) as my base expression and it's very good at making me lover material but that's pretty much my only expression and it might be hurting my success a bit?

I was watching some Sean Connery in James Bond and also Neal Caffrey in White Collar and they seem to raise their eyebrows sometimes when they speak and sometimes when they're listening.

Should I be doing this? If so, when should I be doing this?
