that's what i was wondering. but honestly everytime i pull out my phone and say snapchat girls start posing, even if i don't know them.

Well, ask for a picture as a compliance test.

There are much better ways to get compliance. Just ask her out normally. Would a high status/valuable guy ask girls for their picture? Absolutely not. You can start taking pictures together of the two of you when you're in bed together. Or when you're already sleeping together. I don't see any point to asking for a picture.
