I know that one should be looking for an escalation window, but what if the girl isn't giving you any or you can't tell? For example, a girl just enjoys the conversation so much and so are you and the two of you have this great conversation with her and she leaves in the end despite you using a yes ladder to get her to come home with you or some other tactic, like logically reasoning why she should come with you.
