I've been thinking a bit about this as an Asian guy, just my experience.
It seems like white women who are of Scandinavian, French, and Eastern European heritage do not seem to have as many hang ups about going interracial, not even with Asian, Hispanic, or Brown guys.
On the other hand, it seems like the kinds of white American women who come from very "racist" families, tend to judge guys harshly based on their ethnic background, see guys as racial stereotypes rather than individuals, and have a lot of hang ups about going interracial are usually Scott-Irish, Scottish, and most of the WASP groups. I am unsure about the Germans, not much experience with them.
I've been thinking if the heritage of a good looking white American woman has a strong say in how open she is to going interracial, especially with more "foreign" minority groups. Seems like WASP, Anglo, and Scott-Irish women are the types with the strongest hang ups and the main ones who see guys as their ethnic group rather than individuals.
I think a lot of the "blonde bombshells" you see in college and high school tend to fit that mold (WASP, Anglo, or Scott-Irish), fake blondes dyeing their hair to try and copy media trends.
Over the years, I've noticed that I have seen cute white girls go interracial but very rarely (if ever) have I seen a hot WASPy blonde or a hot Anglo blonde going interracial.
For example, the areas of the USA worst for minorities (the south for example) are flooded with whites of Scott-Irish heritage.
