Please read above articles. It is important to understand what I am writing here. No one on a forum has any actual real authority. Anybody can say they are anybody and can do anything. Now the above article states that forums do hire sockpuppets to push a opinion for various reasons.

But my favorite way is to see if the girl will open me. I stand somewhere stationary (where I am getting something or waiting for something) and if a sexy girl I like walks by I smile and nod at her. A lot of times they will find a way to open you and start a conversation. It is way better than walking up to a stranger and cold approach and seeing if she is open to talking or not.
