Why are northern and central Europeans friendlier to non-whites?

Whether it is Scandinavia taking in refugees and even racial integration as a whole, particularly as it pertains to pickup, it seems like Northern Europeans care little about race and are more into racial integration or associating with people of color. You hear of soccer players having bananas throw at them in Spain and Italy while something like this would not be as tolerated in Scandinavia or the UK. This also carries over on to pickup too where Arab and Black guys slay in Sweden but are sexless in more tanned countries.

Why is this the trend?
