Why do girls say stuff like this?

i have questions

- why do girls say stuff like this about themselves (highlighted in the below conversations)?
- what would you call it? insecurity...?
- is it bad for my words to bring this out? should i be going a different way?
- how to properly address it?

girl 2:: well i can definitely make you laugh!! im a very outgoing and spunky person so thats always dope
fog: being an outgoing, spunky person is totally underrated. its not too often i meet someone who has just the right amount of that!
girl 2: yeah its really hard to find someone that will also match that energy or even want to be around it! im not a spazz or anything, i like to have my cozy times at home but people are difficult nowadays

The answer to that is, i appreciate your honesty, i like women that put 100% the real them out there, i want you to be yourself and 100% real/authentic, and if there is a connection i will like the real you and not a fake you blah blah....


For me vibe/personality is as important to me as much as sex and sexual performance.... I don't want to have sex for having sex, sex and relationships are more better with people that are real and are themselves blah blah....
