Hi Guys,

I learn that the self personal development industry has a lot of this "Fire your boss" mentality going. This comes from successful people who have success after leaving their jobs. While i will not disagree that there is large chunks of bosses who don't give a fuck about you, There are some bosses that do. And yea, you probably might be starting a business on your own but here's the thing,

You will never be a Boss in another man's company. IT probably takes you 50 years to do that.

I find that it happens with social circle as well. I mean let's be honest, it is difficult to form social circles that provides value and close relationships. and most people are just in for the taking of the leadership role. IT has the same notion as "You will never be a Boss in another man's company". The thing i want to spread across is, You can be Number 1, which is a Leader, and Number 2, a follower. Given an example, If i am entering a social circle made by let's say one of our members here, NJ. I should know that NJ is the undisputed leader in the group, and i be the follower, and i should not have practice "Fire your Boss" mentality. It comes from bitterness. IT shows i fail in becoming a boss, and i say fuck him. My boss (which is NJ here) is just as much as me, We all have personal interest, We want our circles to do stuff for us too, but if you can respect people's social circles and be a follower, while you be a proactive and be a leader in your own circle, just like Bill Gates with him as CEO at Microsoft and Board of Director at Warren Buffet Berkshire.

You be better off like that, i believe we can move past that.
