Worst rejections/situations after approaching

We have the best consequences in the lay reports, after tonight I was thinking about a thread actually collecting the worst / most dangerous (or funniest if you prefer) situations you ended up in because of approaching.

I know this might not be the perfect thread for someone who's looking for a prodding, but hey, pretending all is good will not make you any better and we can learn from bad situation as well.

I've had a few bad situations, will write them down later on..
