Hey Guys! So I haven't and probably wouldn't use the title as a line or anything initially but I have recently gotten a job working sales in a department store, so far I've managed to flirt pretty well with the women I work with in the store, although I haven't really had enough time alone with anyone to go for a date (not at least with the discretion necessary) as I've only worked there a week or two now and spend most of my time stuck working with customers. Some of these customers are beautiful women, of which I'll often catch glancing over at me here and again.

Sometimes they'll ask for help with finding something that's often right in front of them. I'm not quite sure how to approach these women, as I'm on the wrong side of the counter to ask for them to leave their number anywhere. I can't take out my phone (god forbid, security reports these things to HR or my manager or someone else) and I definitely can't leave for anywhere private with them, I'm often under someone's wing or watching the main desk alone (which can get busy) but it would be absolute torture to watch opportunities like this just pass by any longer. So what do you think guys? What should we do?

I think you casually seed your conversation with hints that you are single and available. Now the last thing I want any of my sales employees to do is openly flirt with customers. Especially if the customer feels uncomfortable. Really if you are open and genuine, women will approach you and be clear about being interested. You just need to give them the opening to do it.

I've had customers ask me where a good place for a drink after work is nearby.
I've had customers ask if I was available to "deliver their purchase".
I've had customers I've offered help to set up something if they would like....And give them my number.

I had one girl at check out point blank tell me she was getting off work in 15 minutes and her kids were at a friends house, then my wife walked up.....

Nothing beats telling a cute customer that you like to grab a cocktail at a certain spot after work and have her "just show up there" .....
