Dudes I’m stuck in 2 minds and would like your advice. I was texting this girl I fucked a few times before lockdown and when texting a couple weeks ago I mentioned about her shaking her ass on the dancefloor. She said that that’s not something she does. I replied saying she must have been feeling the music that night or maybe it was another blue haired girl shaking her ass :’) I thought it was rather harmless but I guess she took offence as almost 2 weeks later she hasn’t replied.
After about 10 days of silence from her I seen something on my way to work which reminded me of her, I thought I’d drop her a text about it and show some consideration hoping she had a good weekend. It appears she’s ignoring this so I’m guessing she’s taken the other girl text really hard and is either in auto rejection or just had enough of my shit.
I don’t know whether to just leave it, being ignored twice looks like she’s not interested so isn’t worth anymore of my time, or to send a parting shot/ball in her court message. I'm thinking if this is auto rejection because she took my text out of context this might warm it back up. I thought something along the lines of
Guess you took my other text really hard, that wasn’t how I meant it. I think your cool and like hanging out with you, I know lockdown has been difficult, I’m not good at the whole chase you down thing so I’m leaving the ball in your court, get in touch when you want to do something.
Pros – if its auto rejection it paces her reality, shows consideration, keeps it warm, tells her it’s up to her and I won’t chase.
Cons – I’ve already been ignored twice so it could be seen as chasing, if she’s decided it’s over the likelihood of success is non-existent anyway and I lower my value.
Any ideas? Thanks dudes
