Write an article for Big Issue... ideas?

So I discovered tonight that a friend is an editor of the Big Issue here in my city... she suggests I write an article, I said I didn't want any special treatment or anything but I'm keen to give it a shot.

One of the authors whose pieces I read regularly, her writing isn't that serious, just incisive and cynical observations about the life we lead couched in terms of a story about something that happened to her (she had an operation... she did 48 hour famine... etc... whatever). So that'd be one way to do it.

Or, I could write on an issue such as homelessness or refugees... or maybe family law / family violence, sexual politics (think I might be getting warmer, just thought of those topics now as I write this post). Or dealing with cluster B people...

Or, since I'm getting a lot more socially savvy these days I could think of some characters and a situation to put them in, and have them respond to each other according to the principles we teach here on GC, throw in a bit of AMOGing, dominance, some drama and shit tests, and some characters that sail through and others that get caught up in it... without actually articulating those principles but aiming that someone could read the story and think "ohh that's so true!!!".

Finally since PU is a big part of my life maybe I just write about what is closest to me ATM, only I don't really want to burn the community or give away all our secrets... if that wasn't an issue though, I was thinking of say flying to another city with no money just a return ticket, getting a homeless pickup on for some defined period (say 3 nights) and logging it / condensing it into an article for the Big Issue (magazine sold by & for homeless people).

What do guys think about these ideas? Any further ideas gratefully welcome no matter how "out there", big or small.

These are the basic foundations for me - so they should make a good topic for your article.

Go with that idea and get some articles up. You already have the foundation just by replying to guys on here. I suggest download Google keep and put your ideas there until you're ready to write an article.

Choose a niche or few and write solely on them. That way readers will have an idea what you are coming with next. On here we expect to learn seduction and socializing. On Wikipedia we expect to see definitions and big words. Pick a niche you really love first and ensure you have enough thoughts flowing before going with it. Usually I'll write a post and an idea will come from that to write another. So just start.

Regarding the homeless guy pick up, I'm not a fan of such a thing. Sure you can do it but I don't think any guy who is into self improvement should or want to be doing homeless pick up. Life is more than girls and seduction. Even men that are already homeless should not be doing homeless pick up. They should rise above the obstacles and persue greatness. Every man should own even a home, a decent one.

Share your ideas with the world. Everything may not be new that you'll write on but take the plunge. Do it for you and that will make you happier and more attractive.
