This my new journal.

I’ve made a new one to catalog my journey to become the hottest dating option possible (maximize SMV).

The difference between this journey and the last, is this one is strictly for fundamental work. Most of things worked on in this journal will not involve going out in the field (however arguably calibrating and working on nonverbals among friends and strangers could be considered field work).

Title is just for fun, some people including myself in this case, like to start at the finish line and work backward to achieve their goal, thus the title ;)

To summarize, things I will be covering in this journal:

1. physique: weight loss, nutrition, and exercise
2. Non-verbals: voice, body language, eye contact, posture etc.
3. Mindset: beleifs on dating and the mental health that underpins and can either help or harm the quality of your mindset
4. Inner game: I differentiated this from mindset, because when I refer to inner game I am just referring to tactical knowledge that comes from reading seduction literature (and experience, but I am holding off on action for now)
5. Fashion

Final note, I will clarify why I am not going out into the field at the time being:

My fundamentals are subpar, and my mindset is shit. From experience going out into the field now, I can maximize my odds drastically if I work on myself, as results for now require too much work with these bad fundamentals.

Entry 1:

So just gonna check in write updates, maybe tips too if I find anything of value

Im having trouble moderating my personality, I love being myself, to the extent where I ignore who other people need me to be. Learning how to change this.

Objectives for the week:

1. Practice being high monitor (to remedy problem mentioned above)
2. Buy stylish clothes
3. Go to physical therapist to get cleared to work out again

objective 1 is important because it will set the foundation of self awareness on which fundamentals can be built upon

objective 2 is important because I deserve to wear nice clothes that fit me, all my current clothes are too small. I guess since I’m not approaching my appearance doesn’t matter as much, but I still want to get into the habit of taking care of my image.

Objective 3 is important because I need to heal my lower back before I can get back in the gym and do weight training, also I want to see if I can get cleared for running again, to make up for lost time in the gym.

So I got some stylish clothes, I don’t think I’ll share any pictures unless I make a fire fit

because

half of this journal’s purpose is to provide a completed manual once I’ve accomplished my goal

so any guy starting from zero can read it, and walk away with some good tips for themselves

so to sum it, I want share material that will be of use to you, for example a fire fit idea if I come up with one

on the socializing end of things, I am slowly becoming more conscientious of what I do and my effect on people

its easiest to do this monitoring over text, but I’m working on doing it in person as well, because that’s where it really counts

working out for now is gonna have to be runs at night bc that’s when I have time

weight has stayed the same this week, but I think that’s gonna change soon (lost 4lbs this past month)

I should probably mention the mental emotional side of things, because that’s a common issue for most beginners, such as myself

In my experience with myself, I’ve realized sex can be a placeholder for other things that you may emotionally want, it’s part of the reason I’m stopped gaming for the time being, because sometimes I project unresolved issues into women

I think it’s a very common practice if your not healthy to do stuff like that, most people just don’t have the self awareness to realize that their doing it

I’m in the midst of processing these issues. If I come across anything insightful I’ll share it, as per the purpose of this journal

I believe it’s a holistic process, glowing up, so I want to include all parts of the process

will post more updates, as they come along,

Update is mostly working on healing and recovering

Idk even why I made this journal, I mean it barely gets traffic

I guess the hope is when I’ve figured out all of this shit, I’ll have enough status on the forum where I can positively influence and help ppl

I think my approach is naturally different from a lot of other people

and I think that is by necessity, my mental health used to be horrible, and horrible is an understatement for that period of my life

so naturally healing and approaching game holistically, is the only way I can do this

I have no room for error, no room for toxic habits, that maybe other more accomplished seducers have

I’m doing it clean and incorporating so much therapy in the process

we’ll see how it goes
