The general consensus on Girlschase is that generally speaking, avenues like day game and to a degree social circle game are the best ways to meet women and punch above your weight class. I do not disagree with this at all but due to a conversation I had recently with @Sprezzatura and @naturalmikey it came to me that as much as we dismiss online dating, to a degree it is very telling.

The dilemma that @Sprezzatura and @naturalmikey are facing is that they are white guys with a somewhat "darker" appearance who have a thing for white women with that same kind of look (olive-skinned brunettes and tanned dark haired white girls). Unfortunately for them, they mainly draw in pale girls, blondes, and redheads.

As a brown guy, I actually do the best with the kinds of women that these two guys crave but here is something I have noticed.

Whenever I am on dating apps like Bumble, Hinge, or Tinder; I match with a variety of different women. If I had to pick one common look I match with a lot, it is usually dark-haired and I guess ethnically ambiguous looking white girls. Indian girls are a strong runner-up and at times tie them, then Middle Eastern girls are tied with them.

I am in NYC where we have a lot of Jewish, Eastern European and Italian descent girls, they probably make up most of my lay count.

I've noticed something that is very telling though as I transition from online dating to nightlife to even real life.

I find that the same kinds of women who match with me online give a lot more IOIs in real life. Now I've pulled hot blondes, Latinas, sexy redheads, cute Asian girls, and you name it; that is the point of "learning game".

The case I am trying to make for online dating is that it is a good idea of your baseline and a market you play well in. For newbies that want to get experience, this is a godsend!

So say you notice you match a lot with Asian girls on online dating sites, this means if you go for nightgame, daygame, and social circle game; you'll be able to get hotter women of that background even more easily than you would a hot Latin chick. Now that is not to say you cannot pull a hot Latina, it is where game itself actually comes in, but the point is you have a much lower barrier to entry because those girls are already your market.

I find that when I go out now and do approaches, the girls I match with online are already more receptive to my approach already to where I have to put in less to get above my weight class. At times I'd go out at night and specifically avoid the same kinds of girls I match with a lot on Bumble only to find that somehow and someway, when a lot of alcohol was involved, they found me anyway.

So your takeaway should be.....

Your look in particular with attract a certain girl, I still to this day have no idea why dark-haired olive-skinned white girls (usually Eastern Euro, Mediterranean, or Jewish) are into me but I know that is my go-to and my backup on any night. At the same time, I know what kinds of girls might not like me as much or I might get a smaller sample of, no issues there. All I know is I might have to put in more work on some Latina from Colombia than I would some Romanian chick but good fundamentals and game solve all.

The point is, you know with certain kinds of girls your initial look might not help as much and you may have to do more selling.

I think at least in the states that day game and social circle give less attractive guys a better chance to get with 7s and maybe even 8s. At the club/lounge it’s highly competitive and looks and height are extremely important. But if you’re 6’+, ripped, and handsome (and have game) I’m pretty sure the nightclub gets the highest volume of 7+ Girls. Well that or online.

Nice post Oh Pry. I agree that online can give you great guidance to what women find you the most attractive. The thing is - I am looking for fascinated (possible GF) not excited women (ONS). Since I have improved my fundamentals I have found the limits to the type of women I can get of each look.

Latino, tanned brunnette/dark-hair: 7 and below

I do as you suggest, when my game is good I go for harder girls that turn up their noses at me. On low momentum I go for that pale fascinated Margot Robbie lookalike who for some reason goes all doe-eyed on me. You take what you can get. But sometimes a man wants to switch from vanilla to chocolate ice cream.

My dilemma is this - once you know your limits with a certain girls, is it worthwhile to train with the more difficult ones past a certain point? Or is it better to just specialise in your given niche. I fear that if I turn into a generalist I will get more plain women of any looks, but not the top-notch stunners (9-10) at all. I want my future children to be pretty fairies not cave trolls.

In general with what you are talking about, there might be differences but not that massive. Like let's say 6 out of 10 sexy brunettes would like me while for a blonde that number might go down to 4 or even 2 out of 10. The point being, there are still hot blondes that would love to get with me. At least in America, that is how things work.

Now I notice you are in Europe, not sure what assbackwards country it is but if you do want sexy dark-haired girls, go to a place like Hungary or Romania. I do not think they are as big on blond worshiping over there as they might be in some narcissistic hellhole full of insecure women like Italy or Spain.
