Hello

My name is Garmin, and I have been following Chase's material for quite some time, applying it here and there, but not religiously. At the moment I have a gf, but we both are of the understanding that the relationship will come to an end when she leaves for grad school. I have learned a few lessons the hard way, and am ready to work hard and push my skills to once unattainable levels. I look forward to getting your advice and expertise. Cheers to a new beginning.

Welcome to the boards Garmin. Based off your profile picture, I'd assume you're into running. Have you (or are you) competing?

First and best piece of advice - Go approach some women! ;)

Yes sir, I am a runner, was going to run competitively for d3 but decided against it cuz I want to pursue medical school. Nonetheless I run competitively for road races. You?

Yes, approaching women is on the agenda good sir, I hope to have some FR going soon, so that I can start things on the right foot. Either way, I am sure you and I will be chatting more. Cheers

Garmin.

I competed in long-distance track for a year in high school. Made me go from relatively slow (6:30 mile in my first competition to 4:59 in my final competition) to moderately fast.

Never could get into road racing. I have flat feet and developed collapsing arches as well as tendonitis from training too hard, which deterred me for running distances over 4 miles.

Good luck with that FR!
