Are there any modifications that need to be made for adapted missionary if your penis has a strong downward curve? How about sex in general? From what I've read, it seems doggy-style is the way to go...

Not to take over your thread but what about a strong upward curve. I've found that doggystyle is difficult . Which is my fav position but it can be great for missionary or her on top. Any suggestions?
