If you want to keep a girl around, it's generally a good idea to give her an orgasm at least once every time you have sex together (if you can -- occasionally there will be understandable exceptions). This is tough to do if you've already blown your load because (1) it'll be tough to get and/or stay hard for her and (2) you won't be nearly as horny for her.

That being said, eating her out until she orgasms is a good way to make her happy and satisfy her if you feel like you can't give it to her vaginally with your cock. So it's definitely a good alternative. If you don't care about losing the girl that much, then I would say "it's up to you." Eat her out if you want to; don't eat her out if you don't want to.
