My biggest realization in pickup would have to be learning that for the longest time I had "the dancing monkey" vibe towards women. I would constantly try to make them laugh and entertain them, and they'd always like it. It even made a huge amount of women flock to me and have fun, but I never ended up having anything serious.
Once I adopted a more serious and cool vibe towards flirting with women I noticed a lot more women were falling for me. This was definitely what caused the biggest spike in success for me. It was even the main realization that helped me lose my v card.
