(Another) she has a boyfriend situation - need tactics

I will keep it short, as there is tons of messages here. Put simply:

Basically met this HOT woman recently, I had seen her a few times on my way to work. After approaching her, now we walk to work most days, and we get along great, she is always happy to see me and shows interest for sure. After getting to know her more, was near moving to the next level.
However lately she has started talking about her boyfriend, what they did on the weekend and such.

My guess is from reading Chase's material, I didn't close the deal fast enough or didn't take it down the right path.

I definitely need some tactics here, or is all hope lost ?

Thanks Cas. I was just reading another article by Chase, where he said every woman is likely to have a man in their life of some variety.

Just having a read of another article 'Girl Has a Boyfriend? 3 Things to Do, and 7 Things NOT to'.

Key seems to be dont try to replace her boyfriend, just be something extra for the moment haha.
