Still can't over the psychological hurdle to open random girls and be sexual? Get one-on-one coaching. They'll push you to do it. After one day of intense coaching (he pushed me to open about 50 girls...), I was able to approach random girls no problem. Not only that, I could do so being very sexual (touching them and telling them sexual innuendos).

You will have to search. Search long and hard.
You could just google something like "private one-on-one pua coaching" and include the name of your city.
The thing is they, like bootcamps, are expensive. The people could be asking 1,000s (yes thousands) per day. Since the PUA is still a relatively small business and a lot of desperate people willing to pay anything you get these high prices.
Also, location might be a problem. While you'll tend to find tons of bootcamps offered at any major city, one-on-one coaching is more rare and you'll tend to only find them at huge cities like LA and New York. My first one-on-one I had to drive 7 hours to Santa Monica (LA). Worth it but still...
If you are having a hard time finding something local, I would search Meetup.com. You'll find a bunch of small fries trying to grow their dating service. Make sure you find someone who is read up on PUA stuff and not the old school speed dating stuff. They will try to get you to sign a contract for a packaged deal (a consulting session, infield, follow up calls, etc.). Don't fall for it. Tell them all you want is one hour of day game infield (best for AA). Also, tell them you don't have that much money.
You really only want 1-2 hours at most and maybe pay for more sessions. The problem with an all day 5-8 hour pickup session is your subconscious IDs the situation as something unique and unusual. So when you go back to day-to-day life you also go back to your old habits.
I think $150 per hour is a reasonable rate given how it is such a rare and unique service, but won't pay anything above $200.

I'm sure you're capable of asking a girl for the time. Do this a couple times (I mean literally "hey could you tell me the time? My phone battery died and you were the closest person with a watch I'm hoping?"... Her: "yeah its 2 oclock"... YOu : "Cool your awesome thanks") and then work your way up till you push yourself to open direct. Do the newbie assignment and take it slowly one step at a time.
