Chase noted this long time ago that you should not make women your main priority. Sure, there's some parts of you that needs women in your head to achieve this "standards" you want to have in your life. To add on to this, there's a research noted that ejaculation while watching pornography produce more volume compared to actual sex. I feel this is more to having an end goal in mind than anything else, which is to 'knock her up'. In practical, you not exactly impregnating her if you use a condom but your mind makes it real that is if you thinking about the end result.
Don't make women your main priority. It is somewhat a daily struggle for balance.
