Approaching in Semi-Public areas

I'm in the library right now, and as I'm typing this there are many hot girls working here right now, HB7 and up (What does HB mean anyway? Hot Body? lol). I'll approach one of them eventually, as I have to finish up something, but how can I approach a girl in this kind of setting without attracting to much attention, since it would probably be fairly obvious what I'm doing if I just move there right now and open her. How do you guys go about this?

best thing to do if you're nervous is to genuinely not care about what happens, and just walk past and seem to notice her as you walk past then just as if she is your little sister ask her how the revision/work is going - after a little finding out about her you could maybe transition to saying you were thinking of taking a break soon, say she needs one too and tell her to come with you to a local cafe..

I said she was dressed a little too well to be just working all day, she said thanks, told me what she was working on, etc. Couldn't really spend that much time to deep dive a lot, since I had work of my own to do, but I did manage to get her number. Buuuuut I have a feeling she won't text back, or will flake, so I'm not that sold on her. lol
