My vote is for this mannequin. As Spike has taught us, verbal game's no longer needed, even LMS is overkill, and you can save yourself some server costs by deleting all the blog sections except this one:

If you don't hear back from him, it would be cool to learn more about POB.

(just playing Spike... your thread about risk vs. safety is insightful. I'm looking forward to the rest)

Thank you Mr. Dean, but I should really reach removing KJ from my username first. That's like making a sports commentator MVP!

Here's an approach from yesterday.... See, classic beginner not staying in set. Blanked on not teasing her about dressing up in case she meets an enticing man at the museum, or moving in closer to smell the perfume she mentioned.

Stopped at street corner. Hottt young 20's black girl
  • Me: [Body rocking after 3 seconds letting her see me, over shoulder] Hi
  • Her: [Smiling] Hi
  • Me: Are those leather pants?
  • Her: [Face lit up] "No, but they been lasting"
  • Me: You're very fashionable
  • Her: Thank you!
  • Me: Are you wearing perfume?
  • Her: Yes
  • Me: It smells very nice
  • Her: Have you heard of Baccarat?
  • Me: Like the game?
  • Her: It's a brand. Men wear it too. You might like it
  • Me: Thanks [we start crossing the street]. Are you heading to the museum?
  • Her: Yeah, to meet some friends
  • Me: Cool, well I'm heading home this way. Have a good day.
  • Her: You too!

Having repeatable cold approach game with recent lay consistency should be a prereq IMO. Maybe @Skippy or @Devilicious ? Hopefully @Chad Tyrone will be ready soon.

It doesn’t appear to be uploaded in Apple Podcasts—I checked a couple times and don’t think there’s anything wrong with my interface, but the last one showing is still Skills from 3/31. No matter, I will listen on the webpage, but just wanted to alert the staff in case the link to the platform is broken.

Hey @Devilicious this was a great read. I saw you purposefully let girls pass you before circling back (Tom Torero "wheel of fortune" stop)?

Do you see a benefit to this over a simple half-wave front stop? It seems to go against the law of least effort and put you in the chasing position, but maybe it's less startling or something to come up via her peripherals?

the right date makes getting her back home a piece of cake

In my experience, circling back has a much higher success rate than the front-on "policeman stop".

Not sure why. Perhaps it's less intimidating and disarms her fears that you are stopping her for the wrong reasons. Girls get cat-called all the time, so it wouldn't surprise me if they have an aversion to guys who approach them too quickly.

It's also easier to make it feel less confrontational walking alongside her and then slowing her to a stop.

Thanks man!

IME is like @Atlas IV kinda says, is bit higher odds (for me at least).

I feel it is because you come from away of her perception, and then can strongly inpact her by coming up from the side diagonally in front, tapping her shoulder and stopping her, and she is fully focused on you and processing the situation. Which you can then mold.

Rather than her already being aware if your existence and then you have to do a bit more theatrics of 'noticing' her and doing full-front policeman stop. Where her instincts are to rather step away because we've all been approached by beggars or similar in that way.

Just my two cents, if it help.

Only the audio editions appear on Apple Podcasts.

Not all the SSOTMs agree to an audio release. Many want to protect their voices. In those cases (as with @Devilicious) we do text transcript-only.
