I wonder, it's a bit of a silly question but it makes sense for all the people that might want to settle down eventually but not too early.

Are good looking, high quality women (ie: smart, enjoyable, open minded etc) still around after the 30YO mark or do they tend to be scooped up in earlier years?

Yeap, There are Single Mothers, from divorced marriages. There are also girls who think marriage is a social institution, lame, no guy has a master degree, great career like her, doesn't have matching personality and lastly, They have their own interest to pursue.
