Locking this thread as it has become uncooperative and unhelpful at this point.
Here's the bottom line:
There's probably a decent chance that moving to a better location for certain individuals is going to up their success rate with given types of girls. This may have to do with the difference between the Deep South and the East/West Coast or as something as simple as moving from a small town to a big city. Environment DOES matter. If you do not like your current environment, then it would be best to seek out an environment that suits you and your style better.
This being said, it is also important to note that moving to a new location will not suddenly make your success rate of ZERO percent (0%) suddenly go up to an average number. What I mean by this is, if you are NOT currently meeting, dating, and sleeping with women AT ALL because you are (a) inexperienced or (b) have bad fundamentals, then there is nowhere you can move that will solve that problem. It means you are not ready yet -- your skills are not ready yet, and you have not made enough progress on your journey to sleep with women of the caliber that you desire. You need to continue to improve yourself in order to see the success that you are seeing from others.
So, the moral of the story is: if you're having issues in an environment, then move to a new one. However, do NOT attempt to judge certain locations/areas/environments until you've ALREADY had success in other areas before.
So, Altair, to make a post about what environments are good and/or bad for ethnically "brown" people is not a post you have the credibility to make. Until you are capable of meeting, seducing, and sleeping with ANY good-looking women from ANY area, you do not have the reference points to work from and thus come to these types of conclusions -- even if you did have reliable sources, it means you have not tested it yourself, and thus your data is "inconclusive" at best. Some other posters such as Oh Pry and Fuji Follower have collected more data than you and have actually slept with attractive women from different areas, and they have a legitimate sample size of women from different areas, so their opinions carry more weight.
Before you attempt to start labeling places as good or bad for you, you need to start sleeping with women in general. Until you are no longer a virgin and are sleeping with relatively attractive women of ANY type of background, then you need to stop being the one to analyze what is or isn't good for you. You need to go out and put yourself through the ringer and start sleeping with women. No one else can do that part for you.
Once you've put up some lay reports with some decent-looking women (whether that be white, asian, black, latina, or whomever), then you'll be able to create these types of posts and have a productive discussion with others about location and women.
For now, please put it to rest and work on yourself. Get some lays under your belt and get a basic understanding of women. Until you do that, these discussions mean very little when it comes to changing your circumstances.
EDIT: As a side note, I already know your original list is incorrect because I have seen plenty of brown guys have success on the West coast, and especially in California, both Northern and Southern.
