Depends on whether you are visiting there or staying.
I moved out of the A town not that long ago and most of the fun is in Buckhead, that is the rich district that has all the bars and the good parties in it. You can see some night sights in Stone Mountain but it did seem like majority of the fun in Atlanta was concentrated in Buckhead. The parties are good, a lot of celebrities to be found, and tons of good places to eat in the area. You do have Six Flags and the aquarium which are worth the visit.
You can google most of this stuff btw OP, this board in regards to city would be more appropriate for what kinds of guys get girls in a given city, how the dating market is, what kinds of girls there are, how the women there generally are, and all of that.

Thanks for the response. I sent it in a rush so I didn't get to clarify. No, I didn't want google. I wanted to find the energy of the city (high Flux of people). I wasn't looking for an instant lay, but to keep my conversationalist game up and maybe talk my way into an adventure with fellow tourists. I really should have asked before going.
