Attraction expired or simply messed it up?

I started talking to a girl that went crazy for me, saying things like "I love you" making clear that she wanted a relationship.
It all happened online, so I wanted to meet her first, however, she brought 2 friends.
She was extremely nervous while meeting me, and started to talk the whole time to her girlfriends.
The next day, she texted me that it's too soon and she still has feelings for her Ex.
I simply replied a "..." to that answer since I didn't really know what to say.

What should I do? I super-attracted her via phone and text before we met.

The fact that she brought two friends and talk to them the whole time is when shit started to go wrong.
Forget about her. Sounds like an emotionally unstable (read: crazy) chick.

Well, she is in fact a bit "crazy" (anorexia, dyed her hair red yesterday). But aren't we all a bit crazy?
I mean, there must be some sort of reason or something I messed up..

yes, but her kinda 'crazy' / emotional instability might mess you up emotionally and drag you down with her, and it's not fun (especially if you're not getting sex from her as well) . This usually happens when a girl is not completely over her ex due to whatever issues they have. One minute they'll tell you they're in love with you, the next minute they're running back to their ex. They're addicted to this emotional roller coaster.

well she brought her gfs along to meet you... that's never good. Now she has to care about what her friends think of you.
