THEN, if her response is anything other than an outright refusal/dismissal, ask her what she is doing tonight. If she is busy get her number, and send her an icebreaker text telling her you'll hit her up sometime. If she is free, have her come over, or have her meet you at a place close by if she isn't comfortable with that yet.
