Hey fellow seducers, I've been rockin a buzz cut for about 2 years now. Therefore, I really wanna change my hairstyle, but my hair are really fucking thick it's not even funny.

Even too thick for this

So, I wondered if one of you tried a short messy haircut similar to these:

Do you think it keeps a bad boy vibe?

CockyRider,

The short, messy style is actually my favorite. My hair is very fine and straight, so it's harder to maintain the messy look, but once I stopped washing my hair with shampoo, it helped give it more hold and volume after a shower.

I shift back and forth between a short, clean-cut hairstyle and a short, messy hairstyle. Both seem equally effective, so choose the one that you feel most comfortable with and prefer.

Well that's cool to hear Franco :) ! What products do you use and how do you play with your hair so they can look like in the picture of Pattinson? And, on another note, why did you stop using shampoo?

CR,

What products do you use and how do you play with your hair so they can look like in the picture of Pattinson?

Generally I use grooming clay (like wax) to style my hair if I need the extra hold. It keeps it looking dry as if there is no product in it at all and still gives it extra hold. If my hair gets too long, I usually have to switch over to hair spray, however.

For grooming clay, I like Aveda Pure-formance Grooming Clay.

For hair spray, I haven't experimented too much, but my friend gave me a bottle of Big Sexy Hair hair spray, and it seems to work just as intended. ;)

And, on another note, why did you stop using shampoo?

I've always wondered whether or not shampoo actually does anything beneficial for your hair. I'm starting to bald a bit in the front, so I decided to take away shampoo to see if shampoo was causing me to bald faster. The verdict is still out on that, but I have noticed that not using shampoo hasn't affected the look of my hair at all. As a matter of fact, it looks just as clean when I only use water, except the only difference is that it has MUCH better "hold" and makes it easier to get the messy hair look. Generally I don't even use hair product for the first 2 to 3 weeks after a haircut because my hair is short enough that it stays up pretty well after a shower with no shampoo.

Alright, but what do you say to your barber when you need to get a trim? You ask for layers, sides shorter than the top while still keeping them natural?

I used to use this, but the clay doesn't smell very good. I had a few girls comment on the fact that they didn't like the smell of it. Also, I used to have lots of flies wanting to be in my hair when I used it -- not joking! However, if you're on a budget, it IS much cheaper, and it's definitely not game-breaking by any means. It certainly gives you the look.

The Aveda messy-hair stuff smells much nicer, and I don't seem to have the "flies wanting to cuddle with my hair" problem nearly as much.

Yo CockyRider,

I've been sporting the bad boy look in the last photo. I have similar hair (same colour, 2 cows licks and really thick). It does work wonders this look.

I've had several girls compliment me on my hair and it's a thing that has enhanced my attraction. I use styling wax, got2b glued spiking wax. It's pretty reliable, smells really good and doesn't require too much to use. I've tried shampoo and non-shampoo. I find the wax settles in better with shampoo and is easier to style, but less likely to last throughout the day. Also If I don't shampoo too often then I get dead skin on my scalp which eventually comes out as dandruff... The curse of thick hair.

When rocked right this is a potent style, I'm not sure if I do but it does look awesome! As for the thick hair, I feel you... It does mean more to play with for girls. ;)
