Mid 40s gentleman. Used to be successful back in the day. If I want to improve at building relationships, generating rapport, being more attractive to ladies, charisma, etc. what do you all suggest? Which resources, products, etc. will help me to be more skilled?

Start with the fundamentals. Do so both in field, and in a controlled environment (at home, or with a trusted confidant).

Also, hit the pavement. Get out and start approaching ASAP. There is no better resource than real-world experience. Just take the leap. Day game, night game, or both.
Start with small goals that stretch/challenge you, but you are confident you will be able to accomplish with relative ease, and build from there.
Don't know how experienced you are with cold approach (sounds like you have some experience) but if you are totally new to it here is some great material to start with
