Best time too contact about a meet up

I got the contact details of a couple of girls two days ago and in six days there is a nation wide event which everyone celebrates, so when would be the best time to contact them and find out their plans and setting up a potential meet up.

I'd contact her immediately, forget about the big huge event, and make plans with her before then. Odds are decent she'll already have plans for whatever the big event is, and then you're going to build up some negative compliance. Get her out now, have a good time as far as it goes, and maybe then question her about her plans for the event (which is then 4 or 5 days away which is reasonable).

Thanks for the advice unfortunately already messaged her, she has work not sure how to approach this one cause I already know she is really eager for me from previous interactions and also from being told by her friends.

The reason I don't know how to approach it is

1. If I leave it too long now that I got her contact details attraction may expire? (I already had her Facebook prior but I don't use it to communicate with girls)

2. Logistics for a date are really bad since either of us would have to drive an hour or so for the date

3. She is not like a complete random as we shared an experience together

4. While writing this Iv realised I have put her on a pedestal in my mind

I think I may just leave contacting her until a night out which I believe we will be both out. (Seeing as texting and online communication aren't my forte)

As for the other girls I'll give them a whirl get some abundance happening
