Yes. I've been to quite a few gay bars/clubs and had my fair pick of decently good looking guys (though I've never taken anyone home; it was more a passing interest than genuine bisexuality). All you need to do is reverse the situation. With men, you should play the role of the woman in the seduction. Let them approach you. Even if you're a top, you want men to approach you. One of my good friends is a top but he's basically the "hot girl" of the gay community. He rarely fucks other guys. Gets hit on multiple times when he's out but his standards are high, so he acts like it.
Guys are a bit more obvious, for obvious reasons...they're men. Also, far less game is required, since we have no biological imperative to be picky (we're not gonna get pregnant or impregnate another guy). Dress nice, get ripped (looks are far more important to men than women), and make your fundamentals TIGHT.
Even my bottom friends are still pretty masculine and can outcompete many straight guys I know.
Besides everything mentioned, the game is exactly the same. Oh and don't expect men to be loyal. All my gay friends have told me that monogamy between two men is pretty impossible, which is why most couples invite other men to join their relationship, at least casually.
