whats the deal with bitcoins...are they the new currencu..or are they something we should avoid

People in 2013 and 2014 were telling me how it was a scam, even econ major friends of mine.

I still laugh about that to this day. They were wrong and dumbass me was right and made $$$$$$$$$$$$.

to me they seem like something destined to pop because everyone buys them with the hope of selling them at a higher price to a bigger fool
