Fashion  Bitter cold winter fashion ideas?

Question for seducers of the far north; what are your go to styles? Too cold for a jean jacket outer layer, or heavy flannel outer layer, or work fleece outer layer. I have to rock the big heavy jacket; and so do the women, which can inhibit the allure to cold approach on the street (but that is a different topic altogether). Today I was wearing two hoodies under the jacket, the outer one ripped with my chain hanging out, with a head band. I can't approach with the ripped hoody, not proper enough. It is kind of a tough/cool look but not good for approaching with romantic intentions. If I wear a plain black long sleave under the jacket, plus silver chain with that, that is good; as is work fleece zipped all the way up under jacket, but I need some more ideas. Thanks.

Thermal base layer -> heavy black hoodie -> black jean jacket OR black pea coat.

pair with dark grey or black jeans and white sneakers or stylish black chukka boots.

Women love this look

I have a black parka very similar to this one:

Mine has a belt on it (adds a bit more flair) and the fur is actually around the hood, but still very visible in the neck area.

Typically I couple with black leather gloves and a scarf to lend contrast + keep the neck warmer:

I get noticeably better receptions approaching with the parka on than I do with the thinner, suaver custom-made business overcoat I have (which I also combine with the same gloves + scarf). Which kinda surprised me my first winter wearing the two.

If you're going for a parka, make sure you get one with fur. It's a good look.

Avoid parkas with the lumpy / plastic-y / vinyl look. I see a lot of folks in those and they always look cheap.

Yeap.

Just don't be that guy. You know that guy who wears that scarf. But Chase is currently in his HEEL run. This is to be expected. :D

@ZacAdam dude! You can wear that scarf but remember he's MJF, he's still better than you, and you know it! :')

This @Chase guy, I mean MJF! has not write an article based on my inspiration since like 2013.

He's been avoiding me like a plague!

I got a second hand red super puffy bomber a while ago that looked great! It's old, the cut and everything is not anything I've seen around these days but I think it's great. It's certainly not an elegant thing. Has that male, machismo feel to it, esp. when paired with black leather combat boots. (Needs to be balanced with more nuanced style aspects and body language for it to work out well imo, otherwise you'll have too much of a low class rude boy vibe)

I have a pair of yellow deer skin gloves that give that needed zest to contrast with the usually darker/black clothes I wear. Also if you wear dark clothes, a bright scarf is a good accessory to have. I have a white one - a bit of pain because it gets dirty but worth it. Also, years ago I got one berber blue ones (very deep, very rich blue - i.e ultramarine, indigo ) and I absolutely love that shade, it pairs well with yellow but also black leather etc. The thing with that deep blue is that the traditional berber one gives off color and the fabric is not thick enough to be practical for biting cold.

I can't approach with the ripped hoody, not proper enough. It is kind of a tough/cool look but not good for approaching with romantic intentions.

Yes, you can :) But ok, it's kind of self-fulfilling prophesy, no point of trying to change your mind here because: what's more important about your attire is how cool it looks is how it makes you feel. If you feel off with those clothes, then you can't approach well but not because of the clothes themselves.
