Curitiba is great as far as low crime goes (some parts of town are best avoided but those a far and few) and the women... I mean, I haven't travelled much, I'm from here, but everytime I see some guy talking about from women even from other parts of Brazil (like Rio), they say we have it better here. Bunch of European descent girls with great ass as well thanks to miscigenation, a few Asian hotties as well, also some darker skined girls, mostly from other states.
Girls are pretty reserved though and I would say less friendly than other places in Brazil, I think, people here are less social in general.
I only do night game so I can only help you with that, but if you wanna contact me, feel free to do so! Few good venues around here, lately night game it's been not so great for pulling, but that might change soon.
It's also relatively close to São Paulo, which is worthy checking as well, biggest urban center in the country (at this point, in South America tbh). I hear girls there aren't so hot in average, but it's a lot more people as well, so more dice rolls, if you know what I mean. Prices are indeed a bit higher there, climate should be a bit warmer, but doesn't matter much after August, I suppose.
I also like to walk around freely, sit on the beach at night, etc.
The beaches here on the south of the country are pretty chill for the most part, dunno how it's on Rio, but I wouldn't feel too safe there.
Florianopolis might be worth checking as well if you're into beaches, prices might be a bit high there (specially for tourists) but the women are quality as well and the city is a big beach paradise as far as I heard (other than the traffic at holydays and stuff).
The beaches here in Paraná (the state of which Curitiba is the capital) aren't too bad, but they are gonna be pretty empty I feel like at this time of the year, unless you're going on our Independence holiday, then it's gonna be packed (dunno if that would be good or bad hehe)
