My 2 1/2 year relationship ended couple days ago due to neglect and dishonesty. Prior to break up, I was already losing interest as she was gaining weight 6 months after we became official. In addition, we became busy with work, internship and school. The time came when she felt that I don't have time for her and told me I'm free to go before we break up on bad terms. I became emotional and stayed in relationship because I didn't see anything wrong with relationship.

Though, her added weight made me depressed and stop giving her affection, and she can see this in my eyes. I workout three times a week and I encouraged her to come join me since we barely see each other. She refused because she doesn't see working out together as bonding time. I tried to look past her appearance, but I just couldn't and thought maybe when finishes school, she will start looking after herself.

Fast forward to black Friday, I had thought that she will take a graveyard shift that day and thought I could have little get together with my friends. She called me saying she was home and what time I'm getting out of work. My response was I'll be home in 2 hours, but got home about 5 hours later. She was royally pissed and called my phone constantly and threatened she will pack my stuff if I don't answer.I came home and asked where I was. I gave her some related work response, but she didnt take it and asked me to grab my stuff and leave.

Yes I know, really shitty BF and since I packed my stuff, I hadn't talked or even message her about the situation. She's still probably mad and deleted me on fb. Now my question is, is there a way to maybe give it a week or two until she cools down and maybe grab a coffee and end it in good terms?

the right date makes getting her back home a piece of cake

Don't expect a bunch of internet strangers to fix what you fucked up in 2.5 years.

Besides be honest with yourself. You are checked out of the relationship. Own it. You don't have a bunch of joint assets to split up or kids to share. Go on and live your life well. Learn and move on.
