I broke up with this girl I had been dating for a year because she was constantly texting and around this friend she had from work. I got jealous she was giving another man attention. We had some other problems but this was the main reason well I didn't text or talk to her for 2 weeks and went to hook up with another girl and felt horrible. Well I realized I was still on love with her. So the past three months I've done the complete opposite of what most dating guru's say to do and chased her and been a little clingy. I'm pretty sure she's dating the other from work. Which I'm ok with I dumped her, I've started to date and hooked up with a girl i worked with. But I'd really like another shot at this girl. Any one help me out?

It's only been 3 months without her so it's not likely you've changed any, even if you got back with her, the two of you would go right back to doing what you were before: chiefly her texting someone else, and you over-reacting to it.
But, because I control no one's life but my own, I'll offer some advice: focus on other women, and text her sporadically. Build up more options of women, and sleep around - it'll change you for the better, and make your chances at getting her back higher.
BUT! In my experience... exes should remain just that.

This sounds like the typical story that we get on the forums, hence the sarcastic responses above. However, the main mantra of this website is don't chase em'; replace 'em.
Once a girl sees that your needy and begins to drift to other guys for attention, you've pretty much sunk your own ship. All efforts to turn this around are pretty much futile, and your best bet is to find a better girl and not mess it up the way you did with this one. In the process, if your ex girl has any interest in you still at all, she might become jealous of the fact that you're seeing another (attractive) girl. But at that point, you might as well improve your skills to the point where you can meet new and better women without becoming needy.
Neediness is the #1 attraction killer when it comes to women, which is part of the reason it's almost impossible to turn around. It's just about the worst thing you can do to make a woman not want you anymore, so looking for a remedy is just going to leave you empty-handed.
There's no reason to feel guilty for sleeping with other women, and as a matter of fact, that's EXACTLY what you should be doing. As you sleep with new women, it's only a matter of time before coming across one that makes you feel the way your ex girl did (or even better).

OP if she really loves you back and wants you back she will start chasing you. If not then its over and just accept it and move on. Your prior relationship sounded like it had issues to begin with - if she was giving another male attention then there was something you were not providing for her emotionally anyway. Take that as a lesson - don't get overly jealous ...learn the underlying cause of where your relationships is standing.
