This weekend I had multiple girls coming up to me asking to be bought drinks. I try to avoid doing that but is there a way to make this work in your favor? Normally girls that do this seem to be trying to "use" you. Any ideas or ways to flip this interaction around.

I said "not a chance" and walked away but I'm sure there's a better option.

You can ignore them or ask for greater compliance in return, such as saying, "Sure, I have some drinks back at my place, come with me" or
"Bring another hot girl over here and we'll see about that drink."

If you don't care about moving the interaction forward with them, then a flat out no will work. Renegotiate if you want to move things forward with them by making a greater compliance demand.

She asks you to do something such as get something for her, do her a favor, carry something, buy her a drink, etc*

-"I think you have me confused with every other guy you’ve met."

[Excellent. Alternate reply: "Does this always work for you?"]

Or my favorite: "Why?" (In an annoyed, distant expression)

Ohhhhh I really like that as well!

Will definitly make sure to use that in the future. Although I normally don't get asked to buy drinks I'm sure it will happen again eventually at the rate I'm getting out.

I like the Roissy response that Eternity gave. Sounds like something similar to what I would say.

It's been awhile since a girl has flat out asked me to buy her a drink, but I think I remember using this one a couple of times:

Her: "Are you going to buy me a drink?"
Me: "I'm sure every other woman in here would like me to buy them a drink as well. Can you convince me as to what makes you the special woman that will get me to do so?"

If she's intrigued by your response and seems interested, she might begin qualifying herself and then flirting with you (as a way of "seducing" you into buying her a drink). But this can totally work in your favor. At this point, you just begin flirting with her sexually too, and if all goes well, the conversation just might end with something along the lines of:

Me: "I won't waste your time with the drinks they serve here. I make the finest Don Julio margaritas at my 'personal' bar. Come with me and I'll make one for you."

All of this is said playfully and sexually of course. ;)
