Can different races/tribes really peaccfully coexist?

There is an interesting thing that I have seen here in kenya,If a kikuyu kills a kikuyu its not a big deal,but if a kikuyu kills a luo(a rival tribe)it becomes a very big deal,swith kikuyu and luoin israel ,with palestinian and jew in israel ,black and white in america or tutsi and hutu in rwanda,I always feel like the most peaceful countries are the homogenous ones,I think an evolutionary pycholigist would peobably say we are genetically wired to be tribal,is racism a product of the system ?because I suspect it is a product of our ancestry,i Might be wrong tho,thoughts?

My friends are all fairer people. My supporters are patient fairer people. Racism is more to upbringing than anything else.

Some ppl just don't like white guys.
Some ppl just don't like black guys.
Some ppl just don't like whatever color you are.

but I just whatever.

But to note. Throwing Rocks at red Ocean and labeling a group of people as this and that is not racist.

Racism is more to upbringing than anything else.

I think extreme racism might be because of upbringing,but tribalism of some sort is just so common that its hard to believe there isnt a genetic component,In kenya a luo candidate will get votes from luos,the kikuyu candidate will get votes from kikuyus etc ,In america they talk about the latino vote,a the black vote etc,Isnt this evidence that there is always some tribal herd mentality at play?

Genetic component does not mean that they are extreme tribal. Tribal, yes.

Careful. This is how the news portray it. I don't see myself as a race when i vote.

When people get extreme tribalism?
Economics. (No jobs, No access of support, etc) Here's the secret:

But i hide behind my minority race. Like a rocket humvee versus an Overlord Tank. Because i believe that i can't win. I also forget that the world has change a lot, that i don't need to be rocket humvee anymore.

But my pain, i can't make peace. I am talking about minorities all over the world

I appreciate that this thread has remained civil so far.

However, given that racial strife is exploding in many of our countries, and is front-and-center in the media and everywhere, this is a subject we'd prefer to keep the Boards completely divorced from.

I know it's an interesting topic, and that it is top-of-mind for many people right now.

However, I refer you to what I said about racial subjects two years ago, in a similar thread to this:

Anyone who wants to debate race issues or other hot button political issues that are not related to improving yourself as a man or getting better with women or building an awesome lifestyle, either do it in private via PM (so long as the conversation is civil and you aren't dogging the other guy about something he doesn't want to discuss) or go to a place like "Change My View" on Reddit (just found this the other day. Pretty high level of discussion there. They have a "popular topics" section that has a directories for all the hot button issues, including one on race).​

If you really want to talk about race on GC, there's a place for that, but it needs to be related to one of the points of the site (i.e., you're not opening the topic just to stir the pot or get a rise out of people).​
