Its funny but I have actually run into a couple of those girls in the pics in real life here in NYC, some of them are regulars at certain bars and one has a lot of mutual friends in common with me. Man I love NYC!

It seems like a great city to live in indeed. How much would say you need to make per year after taxes to comfortably live (and hopefully still save at the end of the month) an active bachelor lifestyle (no roommates, etc) in NYC?

So the no roommate part is what is making it really tricky, I would argue that a good roommate situation with a natural or two for a roommate is ideal because this means that you have help in picking up hot girls and they always keep you on your game. Now assuming you wanted to do it solo and live by yourself, a studio in an ideal area of Manhattan is $2,500 at least to be on the safe side. You can luck out big time and get one for 2k but that is a rarity. I'd say expect most of decent quality to be at $3,000 if you are in the fun parts of the city which are the hype.
Now I say you should spend maybe 30% of your income on rent max right? Maybe you can get away with 40% and this is all before taxes.
To be safe, you'd need to make about $120,000 in order to live comfortably but that is being lenient, going out in this city can be rough. I recommend younger guys stick to the Lower East Side or East Village where the drinks are cheaper even though the bars are grungier. Save the flashy nightclub life with cover charge and bottle service once you start making 200k a year, then you start going to Meatpacking District and SOHO.
Now for the girls like the ones in the pic, you'll find them in Williamsburg which is surprisingly cheap with a roommate situation and in the Lower East Side. You will find them in East Village bars too and some might settle on the Upper East Side after the age of 25.

When I was 39, I pulled a 19 year old college student. This was a normal pickup in a store, went to get a coffee together, escalated and spent the afternoon at my place.
