Can you get hot girls at a major college if you aren't a student there?

Major college = University of Texas, UCLA, University of Michigan, Florida State, etc.

One of the sites I follow along with Girlschase is this site here and having been a former college student I agree with a lot of the material posted because I experienced it at a typical university. Unfortunately I am going to be moving to a college town and this is your typical college town with the huge university and all that. The college is known for having a lot of hot girls but I wanted to read more about this. I know Chase did an article on it but I wanted to get more information. Here is the article I am referencing to that I read from Good Looking Loser

Yes. I live in a college town and go to the library where there are always attractive women. College libraries for me are the easiest to meet attractive women, especially if they are hot foreign students. You can just talk to them, it's quiet, and you can move them very easily if they are into you. It doesn't really matter if you're a student or not, and normally college libraries will allow non students to rent books for 10-15 dollars a semester. But of course, don't go there for the just the books.

As long as you can find a plausible excuse to be on campus, you're golden. I'm a photojournalist, so I cover a lot of major community events that are held on campus. As long as I don't have a tight deadline, I'm free to socialize after I'm done shooting. You'll need to find your own strategy, but it really isn't that hard if you think about it.

Effective advice. Well I just recently moved into a college town and I will be here all year, no idea how summers here are.

I would say try find a social circle connected to a group within the college e.g. a group known for hosting college parties

if you can do that its likely you will be able to go to the parties and then meet more of the college people and experience the college life without having to be going there
