Whenever I look at strong people in movies and most people in real life....I see moments in which he could have been still instead of doing the unnecessary movement. Got me thinking of this question.

And one more thing is Chase's article on low effort, maximum efforts.

If a movement is needed:

1. Slow
2. Deliberate
3. Minimum Action to Gain the Most Effort

Examples

1. Your little brother talking and embarrassing you in public (You need to move to signal to get him to shut up.
A. Get in his face with very alive movements, screaming "SHUT UP YOURE EMBARRASSING ME"
B. Put your palm gently on his chest and give him a stern look to get him to calm down.
