Can't approach girls anymore

Hello to all,
So... I've been doing pickups for almost an year, been on dates, did not get laid with a girl from daygame tough, but now I have a bigger problem. For a month or so, something happened to me because I can't approach anymore, I can barely speak to a women and when I do I'm acting all strange. I can see that in me and I'm trying to understand what the heck is going on !
For example I have a college at work that is cute. I wanted to meet her and this morning I did, but I screw something up, I've been acting strange again, needy etc... you know the story.

Has anyone been in this situation ?
How can I remedy this, because is messing me up and my game?

It sounds like u took a break from approaching?

Start from the beginning. It's like when you don't go to the gym for a few months, you can't expect to lift the same weight as u did before u stopped.

Go through Chase's articles on fundamentals and being a conversationalist. Sometimes, you just need to revise your basics again, and it will all come right back to you!

Yes, I did took a break and now I regret it. I don't like to approach once the dark comes because girls get scared, well... not all of them, but I will go out this week anyway every evening and see what happens.

Lol no they don't. You just have to disarm their fear that you might be a creeper kidnapper as soon as you say hi.
I usually try to do this with my vibe (be as warm and natural as possible... but given your post it sounds this may not be the case). However if you're not able to do it with your vibe simply bring the "elephant in the room" to attention. Even in your opener "Hey Don't panic I'm not a robber, I just had to come tell you you're absolutely hot and make my nipples hard" Or some variation. By throwing a bit of humor into the opener it shows you're calibrated and "normal" while also direct and gangster.

I actually done it a few times and worked out, but as I've said give my situation lately I will have to do some daygame to get the vibe back.
I'm really glad I registered here because I can't talk with my friends or my colleges about this kind of stuff; they just don't get it, and fell the pain.
