Is this guy serious? - Kudos to him, he just invented the hot water.

I am not someone who rages but I am getting an impression that lately there are more articles that are just click-baits and there is nothing insightful within and the most interesting thing is the title. Articles like these show just some generic and common sense shit. I find the article above offensive.
If you are interested in raising your audience, then please do so by not sacrificing the quality of the site's content.

Also, a minor detail but it is very important: Don't use great titles for "useless" articles. In my opinion, it will mislead the new readers and make them label the whole content as unworthy. It is like the title is written in that way, that is designed to make the reader curious and expect a lot, and then he finds nothing insightful which leaves the reader frustrated and disappointed. I know the worth of this site, but a new reader won't forgive you.

I apologize in advance if I am just rambling - I am not claiming that my perception is true, but using this part of the article's advice: "II. 2 MIND-READING TECHNIQUES
A. Emotional Contagion" - this is the vibe I got from it.

I agree the main website is getting too many articles up in too little time.

The great content gets diluted in a sea of repetitions, filler articles and clickbaits.

While years ago every single article was an amazing experience full of insights, these days I haven't opened an article to read it in a long while.

But the company needs to turn a profit and probably there's a reason for that, it's still an amazing website and I soon plan to sieve it again for some old or newer gems.

I see where you're coming from. I think that article doesn't do a good enough job of advertising itself...it's actually much more quality than you're giving it credit for.

Which is a shame that the information hasn't been communicated well enough.

What Denton is describing in his article are Vipassana meditation techniques. They are extremely efficient in building social cognition - that's why he's able to cold read so well.

The consensus in the scientific community supports these findings, and many of the greatest seducers you've heard of use them as well.

Not all great seducers can thoroughly explain their concepts as well as Chase can. Maybe if Denton works on making his articles more practical and explains his technique more thoroughly, his readers will benefit much more?

I agree, that article's too general. Rehashes a lot of stuff we've covered repeatedly in the past.

There are some good things in there (like Nick points out), but we probably should've bounced that one back to Denton and asked for more specificity, fresher content, etc. I'll keep a closer eye on his submissions and the newer guys' as well.

Also, I rely on you guys to a certain extent to let me know how you feel about new authors' content (or old authors' content... or MY content!). e.g., we have an article from Michael Chief going up soon on Tao and seduction. It's a little too esoteric for me, but I know some guys who really dig inner game stuff like this, so going to depend on how the readers feel about it whether we run more pieces like this or not.
